Life W/O Masturbation

     What up, Your Favorite Black Guy here, hoping all is well wit ya!  If you follow me any then you know I just took up a new discipline in my life that is going to push my will power to the limit.  What is it you ask?  I made a vow to myself to not masturbate anymore:(  Now you may say that's not that hard, but for me...

WTBS its part of my daily routine.  I literally wake up, put on some personal development material, and exercise while soaking in the wisdom.  When I'm finished I check myself out in the mirror, smile ridiculously, then put on some porno,(solo girl preferably) & go to work!  Now more recently I read something that really changed my opinion on things


I'm already deep into transforming myself into a super human so when I read this I ultimately thought of my pineal gland and all the benefits that I could possibly reap.  Really felt like there was nothing to lose and decided to put the plan into action immediately.  Its been two days since I masturbated and I seriously do think I'm feeling the benefits already, like definite clarity & organization in my mind


Yesterday was ultimately more efficient, and really on schedule.  Problem solving was also more of a fun task rather than a stressful one. I had no serious need to take a nap or anything so my energy level may have had a boost.  When you think about it, it is life that you're spewing out when you engage in pleasuring yourself, so it makes sense that retaining it can enhance you in several ways.  

 Now in addition to the #nomasturbation plan I also switched from energy drinks to green tea, four cups a day so that could easily have something to do with it.  Almond milk, instead of regular milk was another switch I made to ultimately delete dairy from diet which is known to calcify and disintegrate your pineal gland.  In closing day one, I feel good with my new discipline, and clearly see me reaping serious some benefits.  If you look up one day and see a mofo flying, don't be surprised.
